WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

• Any Product purchased from us can be returned within the terms of this policy, with the exception of Special Offer Promotions where free product is included
• Returned Goods must be unopened and in saleable condition.
• Where there is any variation to this policy, it is clearly stated on the product page.
• BOOKS AND DVD'S can only be returned in their original seals. Any opened Books/DVD's will be exchanged for the same item only

WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and received by us within 30 days of the original order.
• We sometimes advertise products with a different returns policy to that stated here. Where a product is advertised with a return policy different from that stated here, the advertised policy applies and overrides this policy.

WHERE DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO:

• Items need to be returned to the contact address on this website.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

• You may return items by Mail, Courier or any other reasonable method. Any charges must be prepaid.
• Registered or recorded delivery is advisable,as we do not accept liability for any goods not received and signed for. Any other method is at your own risk.
• You will need to include your original invoice, name and address and order number.

COSTS AND CHARGES

• All Postage and Shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept items where charges are to be paid.
• Where the original order was shipped postage free, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the original order value to cover our costs.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS

• All Returns will be refunded in the same way as the original method of payment. e.g. If a credit card is used for payment, a refund will be made to the same credit card.
• We may ask for your credit card details for the purposes of processing a refund, as we do not retain this information on file.
• Credit/Refunds will be limited to the actual cost of the product purchase, less any postage costs and charges outlined above
